Law and Ethics for the Human Resource Professional
Introduces students to the world of law and ethics specific to human resources. Students work with real-world scenarios and company situations to assess for compliance and ethical behavior and apply various types of decision-making models for effective practice and strategic planning.
Strategic Human Resource Management
Demonstrates how to successfully integrate the human resources function within an organization's overall strategic planning process to help increase employee performance and satisfaction.
Addresses tangible and intangible compensation and the use of compensation to motivate and reward employee performance. The course also covers job analysis, job description and job evaluation on the basis of compensable factors as well as designing an equitable pay structure.
