Focuses on the management and leadership of an organization's human resources. Explores the importance of establishing and administering the goals, policies and procedures of the organization.
Introduction to Organizational Leadership
Examines the fundamental theory and practical application of organizational leadership in the context of diversity. Focuses on theoretical concepts and their practical applications to understand the chaotic and constantly changing world of organizations.
Develops an understanding of selected legal issues involved in human resources management. Legal issues addressed include: labor relations, employee rights, sexual harassment, diversity and compensation and benefits law.
